Allos Skin Care strives to provide high-quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Product Returns:
    • We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 7 days of purchase.
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at our contact us page with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund.
  • Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Please allow 3 business days for the refund to process.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions:

  • Personalized Products: Personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
