- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3 business days for the refund to process.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exceptions:
- Personalized Products: Personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
- Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Products:
